Zero Waste Envelope
£0.00
At Organa, our goal has always been to save waste. We decided to obtain a TerraCycle Zero Waste Box to ensure our customers can perfectly recycle their empties and expired products. Once your packaging waste is returned to us, it is put in our Zero Waste BoxTM then shipped to TerraCycle® where it is sorted, turned into plastic granules, and transformed into new products. Here, you can order a pre-paid label or a pre-paid envelope, so you can send us your used products for recycling – for free!
*currently we are accepting a maximum of 5 pre-paid labels, 5 small envelopes, and 5 large envelopes per order, per customer. Please note that items must be sent to us before the post date deadline stated on the pre-paid label or envelope. We can not send out another pre-paid label or envelope if the postal deadline has expired.

Shipping Information

For the Zero Waste Envelope system to work effectively and safely, please follow these simple shipping guidelines on how and what you can ship back to Organa:
- Only send in items this system accepts. Sending in items that fall outside the selected category causes contamination and the need for added separation, which increases costs. This includes (but not limited to) liquid and food waste, cardboard, paper and electronic waste.
- Do not send in household items that may be considered hazardous waste. These include items such as lithium-ion batteries, pressurized canisters, pesticides, oil-based paint or medical sharps, organics, broken glass, biomedical waste, soiled diapers, or expired medication. Do not send in anything sharp, flammable, reactive, corrosive, ignitable, radioactive, toxic, infectious, or pathogenic.
- Do not ship dripping packages. Please make sure all excess product has been removed before putting it in your Zero Waste Envelope. If you choose to rinse your items, please note that the system must be completely dry prior to shipping.
- *currently we are accepting a maximum of 5 pre-paid labels, 5 small envelopes, and 5 large envelopes per order, per customer. Please note that items must be sent to us before the post date deadline stated on the pre-paid label or envelope. We can not send out another pre-paid label or envelope if the postal deadline has expired.

I think the service is fantastic and I’m very happy my only suggestion is to not send the zippered pouch as if we’re really committed to reducing unnecessary waste then a pouch that no one ordered isn’t the best.
